Sibley, Iowa — A Bigelow, Minnesota man has entered a plea of “not guilty” on a felony drug charge.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office reports that one of their deputies arrested 45-year-old Raul Flores Marin of Bigelow on Wednesday, July 19, 2017, on a charge of Possession with Intent to Deliver More Than Five Grams of Methamphetamine, a Class B Felony; and Carrying Weapons, an Aggravated Misdemeanor.

Flores Marin was also cited on a charge of Careless Driving.

They say the arrest stemmed from the report of a suspicious vehicle at a rural home, which resulted in a traffic stop at 190th Street and Nettle Avenue, a mile south and two west of Sibley.

Flores Marin entered his “not guilty” plea at his arraignment on Friday, September 1st, according to court records.
