Des Moines, Iowa — As northwest Iowa recovers from the recent flooding and the derailment and crude oil spill near Doon, help has been coming from the state government.

Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds gives us an update.

Governor Reynolds declared 32 Iowa counties state disaster areas due to flooding and severe weather in the month of June.
