[1]On October 21, 2011, Donald Keith Krogman, age 61 of Sibley, Iowa, pled guilty to Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense, a Serious Misdemeanor.  The Defendant is to pay a total fine of $1,797.50, the cost of this action, and restitution of any court appointed attorney fees, if any.  The Defendant is sentenced to imprisonment in the Osceola County Jail for a term of one (1) year, with all time suspended except for two (2) days, and placed on informal probation to the Osceola County Sheriff for a period of two (2) years.  The Defendant shall undergo a substance abuse evaluation and comply with the treatments recommendations.  On August 6, 2011, Donald Krogman was stopped on L40, north of NW Blvd for a traffic violation.  An Osceola County Deputy could smell an odor of alcohol coming from Krogman’s breath, and Krogman admitted that he had been drinking.   Krogman failed sobriety tests and tested over .08.  Krogman was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated.

On October 21, 2011, Sebastian Eleazer Arcos-Arcos, age 37 of Worthington, Minnesota, pled guilty to Identity Theft, an Aggravated Misdemeanor.  The Defendant is to pay a total fine of $968.75, the cost of this action, and restitution of any court appointed attorney fees, if any.  The Defendant is sentenced to imprisonment in the Osceola County Jail for a term of one (1) year, with all time suspended except for twenty-five (25) days, and placed on informal probation to the Osceola County Sheriff for a period of two (2) years.  On May 25, 2011, Sebastian Eleazer Arcos-Arcos was stopped on Hwy 59 for a registration violation.  During the course of the stop, Arcos-Arcos presented the Osceola County Deputy with a fake Mexican driver’s license.  Arcos-Arcos admitted to the deputy that he did not obtain the identification legally.  Arcos-Arcos was arrested for Identity Theft.
