A Sibley man has been arrested on multiple charges after he was driving when he shouldn’t have been.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s office reports that on Tuesday (11/9), they arrested 38-year-old Marvin Claus Lopau of Sibley for allegedly Driving While Suspended, Failure to have SR-22 insurance, and Habitual Violator.
All three charges are Simple Misdemeanors. Lopau was booked into the Osceola County Jail on a $900 cash bond.
