Arrests

OnNovember 27, 2011, Ricky Melvin Loeschen, age 58 ofHarris,Iowa, was arrested for allegedly Operating While Intoxicated, a Serious Misdemeanor.  Loeschen was booked into the Osceola County Jail and held on a $1,000 cash bond.

OnNovember 25, 2011, Ivan Francisco Ayala, age 24 ofWorthington,Minnesota, was arrested for allegedly Operating While Intoxicated, a Serious Misdemeanor.  Ayala was also charged for allegedly driving without a valid driver’s license, a Simple Misdemeanor.  Ayala was booked into the Osceola County Jail and held on a $1,300 cash bond.

On November 25, 2011, Eduardo Perez-Martinez, age 21 of Fort Dodge, Iowa, was arrested for allegedly Driving While Suspended, and Failure to Have SR-22 Insurance, both Simple Misdemeanors.  Perez-Martinez was booked into the Osceola County Jail and held on a $600 cash bond.  Perez-Martinez is also being detained for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
